Kripalu yoga

Kripalu Yoga is a practical and contemporary approach to Yoga, which is mindfully guided to empower each individual. Kripalu Yoga combines pranayama (breathwork), development of a quiet mind, asanas (postures), and the practice of relaxation. What defines Kripalu Yoga is its emphasis: practicing compassionate self-acceptance, awareness without judgement, and taking what is learned “off the mat” and into daily life. This class is appropriate for all levels and abilities; modifications and variations will be provided.
