All Levels Flow

All levels flow is moderately paced and incorporates vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Class is appropriate for beginners to advanced students.

The first Thursday of the month is a slower paced class focused on yoga fundamentals, which is a great introduction for beginners and a solid tune-up for regulars.
