Flyway is more than yoga and fitness teachers. Our team includes experts in business management, mindfulness, and yoga for addiction and stress management. With our diverse expertise, we understand and serve your needs better than others.

We are headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, a hot-spot for yoga, fitness, and wellness. From here, we manage teams of regional teachers. 


Meet our management team: Betsy Nesbitt

With a MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and experience as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte in Boston, Betsy brings a unique perspective to health. She understands business and wellness goals and works with senior leaders to develop and implement customized, outcomes-based experiences.

Meet OUR New England Teachers

Jen Peterson Jen (RYT 200) is a full-time yoga and meditation teacher with over 600 hours of teaching experience. Jen began her committed yoga practice doing Ashtanga yoga and trained in Yin yoga and therapeutic yoga models. She aims to help people connect with themselves through movement, and her style is gentle and focuses on nourishing and hydrating tissues and mind, body, spirit integration.

Molly Epstein Molly (RYT-200) started practicing yoga in 2006, while she was on the gymnastics team at the University of Vermont. Yoga has enabled her to access strength and softness in herself and discover more to love about herself and others. In her classes, she provides a judgment free space for students to explore and learn something new about themselves.

Erika Fritz Erika (RYT-300) is a Boston-based teacher with a background teaching high school English. Erika initially came to yoga for physical transformation and to find better work-life balance. When the opportunity arose to relocate to Boston, she left her classroom teaching job to pursue yoga full time. Erika completed her 300-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in 2016 and her 200-hour Ayurveda training in 2017.

Erika (RYT-300) is a Boston-based teacher with a background teaching high school English. Erika initially came to yoga for physical transformation and to find better work-life balance. When the opportunity arose to relocate to Boston, she left her classroom teaching job to pursue yoga full time. Erika completed her 300-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in 2016 and her 200-hour Ayurveda training in 2017.

Malaika DosRemedios Malaika (E-RYT-500) is a full-time teacher of the tantric tradition of Hatha Yoga, group fitness instructor and personal trainer based in Burlington, VT. She has a degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont, and she holds certifications in the Tantric tradition Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, TRX-Suspension Training, Aerial Yoga, H2OM (SUP Yoga), and is an ACE certified personal trainer.

Maeve Ryan Maeve (RYT-200) is a yoga teacher based in Woodstock, VT. In 2008, she turned to yoga as a way to heal the physical and emotional pain of Lyme disease and heartbreak. Ali Cook Ali (E-RYT-500) is a Boston-based teacher with over 12 years of experience. Ali has studied with some of the nation's foremost instructors and has published on yoga for stress management. She is recognized for her skills working with people of all backgrounds, including athletes, college students, seniors, and children. Ali has a BA from Smith College, a MA in Art History from UMass Amherst,  and is also a MBA candidate at Boston University.

She is recognized for her skills working with people of all backgrounds, including athletes, college students, seniors, and children. Ali has a BA from Smith College, a MA in Art History from UMass Amherst,  and is also a MBA candidate at Boston University.

Rachel Lacourciere Rachel (E-RYT-200) is a full-time yoga teacher based in Essex, VT. She has a degree in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University, and a M.A. in Computing and Education from Columbia University Teachers College. Rachel enjoys teaching classes for all ages and abilities, including kids, beginners, runners and swimmers. Rachel is currently working towards her RYT-500.

Chris Nesbitt Chris is a veteran entrepreneur and partner at Focus Acquisition Partners. During his career, Chris has owned and successfully grown a series of middle market business services and manufacturing companies. He is an active private investor, and he was a founder of the Flagship Bank (Worcester, MA).

Ashley Morton Ashley advises on travel and tourism, and she previously worked as a destination manager at Boundless Journeys. Ashley is also a mother of two young girls and enjoys back-country skiing and yoga. She has been involved in the travel industry since her childhood.

Sarah Apgar Sarah advises on fitness industry trends and studio building and construction projects.
