Using yoga to prevent and manage relapse

What is the biggest priority for your yoga program? Are you teaching clients how to use yoga to prevent and manage relapse?

At Flyway, we've been thinking hard about how to make yoga effective when it really counts: when stress is high and risk of relapse climbs. We recently developed a program to teach clients how to use yoga techniques to manage cravings and modify their behaviors and attitudes during times of crisis. 

HOW THE FLYWAY Relapse management yoga PROGRAM WORKS:

  • Teaches clients basics yoga practices they can use to manage stress, including simple meditation practices, breathing techniques, and yoga poses.
  • The program also includes tools for real life, including handouts for practicing yoga at home and high-impact meditation recordings for immediate stress relief.
